What is the most pressing facilities need within the Chelsea schools?

A new high school.  Along with the feasibility study, the city council also has authorized a facilities assessment of the state of the current Chelsea High School campus along with what a new Chelsea High School might look like and its possible cost.  While there have been additions and renovations made, the current Chelsea High School opened in 1992 with fewer than 600 students enrolled.
