The Chelsea Public Library proctors exams for all students and schools. To schedule an exam please read our Proctored Exam Polices and fill out the Proctored Exam Form. If you are using Smarter Proctoring, please first fill out the proctored exam form and indicate that you will be using smarter proctoring, and then follow the instructions on Smarter Proctoring.
