Senior Exercise Programs

Chelsea Community Center offers FREE SENIOR exercise classes on Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday :

          9 am - Low impact/ mostly standing

         10am- Chair-Sit and Get Fit

  • Both classes are low impact and focus on functional exercises that help us stay independent, prevent fall risk and promote range of motion and flexibility . 
  • Dumbbells are optional.  
  • All levels of fitness are welcome and modifications are provided.
