Library In-house Resources
The Chelsea Public Library proctors exams for all students and schools. To schedule an exam please read our Proctored Exam Polices and fill out the Proctored Exam Form. If you are using Smarter Proctoring, that will serve as your proctored exam form.
The Library has a small conference room available for use. Conference room is first come first serve unless the conference room as been reserved. Reservation guarantees the conference room for your use.
Please read the Rules and Policy in order to reserve the conference room.
Public Access Computers
There are 6 public access computes in the computer lab at the library. These computers are for public use who have a valid drivers license, account in good standing, or a parent/guardian permission.
Apart of our public access computers, Ancestry Library Edition is available on the library computers. Ask a staff member to show you how to log on and begin researching your family history!

Die Cut Machine
As apart of our resources, the Chelsea Public Library has an Accucut Die Cut Machine. This is available for in-house use. Users must be 18+ or with permission from parent/guardian. No users under 12. Users must bring their own paper, or pay $0.10 per page.
