Seniors Day Games & Potluck
- 9am – 2pm on Thursdays.
- Bring a dish to share.
- Dominos, Rummikub and Rook card games.

Pickleball
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Adult guest interested in Pickleball can come to the Chelsea Community Center on selected dates and times for a beginner lesson. A beginner lesson is required to play leagues and open play.
- Cost is $10 for a group lesson, $20 for semi private and $25 for private.
- All equipment is provided.
- You need to wear work out clothing and tennis shoes for the lesson.
- Registration is at Chelsea Community Center and is required.
- A waiver must be signed and the fee paid prior to class.
- You will need to get a packet (by email) of required reading and videos to watch prior to the lesson.
- Lessons start promptly and run approximately 1 ½ hours with an additional 1 hour of free play.
Refit
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Refit classes propel students to their best selves through dance,toning, balance and flexibility.
- FREE
Rev + Flow
- Monday and Thursday
- Energized dance moves to fun upbeat music.
- Great workout.
- Adults only/Free.
Senior Exercise Class
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-10 am
- 45-minute class that centers around ADLs (Activities of Daily Living. The focus is on functional exercises that keep us healthy, energetic, and more independent.
- All levels and abilities welcome.
- Bring small hand weights & a water bottle.
- Taught by Keri McIntire, a certified instructor specialized in senior fitness.
Tai Chi
- Tuesday 10:30-11:30
- Sun style is the youngest & safest of all styles of Tai Chi.
- Tai chi exercises every joint, ligament and muscle in the body in a brief time and safe manner.
- It is aerobic, engaging the large leg and arm muscles continually, and actually burns more calories in an hour than walking the same amount of time.
- Tai chi participates have better balance and are approximately 40% less likely to fall. It relieves stress, helps prevent Alzheimer’s and strengthens muscle and bone.
- 8 week class and participants must start from week 1 as moves are added each session.
- Classes are offered in spring and fall (2 sessions).

- Chair exercises to upbeat music and choreographed for fun movements and resistance training.
- Equipment needed is supplied.
