This includes, but is not limited to business signs, yard sale signs, campaign signs, special event signs… ●Signs are prohibited on any public right-of-way and public property (State/County/Municipal) ●Utility poles are considered private property and are only to be used with the permission of the owner. ●Permits are required before any sign or banner is installed or erected.
